What TrickleWise is

TrickleWise is a free-to-play social casino offered purely for entertainment. It hosts casino-style games played with virtual credits. It does not offer real-money gambling, and it does not offer the chance to win money or any real-world prize. These Terms of Use govern your use of tricklewise.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who may use it

The Site is for adults aged 21 and over. By using the Site or creating an account you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that social casino content is lawful where you live. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.

Virtual credits have no value

Virtual credits are a gameplay device and nothing more:

• they are provided free of charge and can never be bought;
• they have no monetary value of any kind;
• they cannot be sold, traded, transferred, gifted, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, goods, services, or anything else of real-world value;
• a balance may be reset at any time, including every time a game is reloaded;
• nothing on the Site is for sale — there are no in-app purchases and no purchase is ever necessary.

It is not gambling and there are no winnings

Nothing on the Site constitutes gambling. There is no wager, no stake, no payout, and no opportunity to win or lose money or anything of value. A win shown on screen is a display of virtual credits only. Practice or success at these social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Your account

An account is optional — every game can be played as a guest. If you register, you agree to give accurate details, to keep your password confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity carried out under your login. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@tricklewise.com.

The games and the content

Games are streamed from third-party providers. We may add, replace, suspend, or remove any title at any time and we do not promise that a particular game will remain available. All game titles, logos, and artwork are the property of their respective owners. The TrickleWise name, its written content, and its site design remain ours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its game sessions;
• circumvent access controls, security measures, or age restrictions;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect the catalog by automated means;
• register with false details, or impersonate another person;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Site unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrickleWise and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrickleWise and its operators from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The revision date at the foot of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
